Jeff Kapfer exhibits his current work bringing birds to life on canvas in a colorful graphic manner. Life around him inspires Jeff’s painting with results as unique
and colorful as the people and events from which they evolve.
 
Jeff Kapfer is a twenty-eight year old St. Louis emerging artist considered “truly a bird of his own feather” in a recent feature article by the Missouri Life magazine. 
He graduated with a BFA from Webster University in 2002, after spending time studying abroad in Vienna, Austria.
Jeff created his first studio in the Art Loft Building on Washington Avenue – far before it was the hip neighborhood in which to do so.
